I posted about this recipe last summer, but I just couldn't help it. Panzanella is one of my favorite meals. Especially with fresh summer tomatoes and huge handfuls of basil from my garden. Best with a big dollop with ricotta and preferably not eaten in public. It's not one of those salads that looks dainty when eaten. Or I think I was just so hungry I attacked it.

ReplyDeletewe ate the exact same salad yesterday - and yes, it is my favorite salad aswell! we eat different combinations throughout the year aswell, but with summer tomatoes it is the best.

ReplyDeleteyum. I have never made or eaten panzanella but it's been on my list of things to make for awhile now. I don't know what's taking so long since bread in a salad sounds like heaven to me.
